If the damaged item is still in stock, we will send you a replacement. However, if the item is out of stock, we will process a refund as soon as possible.
If for some reason, you changed your mind or are unhappy with the product received, we will happily refund the cost of that item provided that you return it to us in its original condition. Unless you are returning damaged or incorrect items, we are unable to cover the return costs.
Once you place the order, we will process it and ship the items within 2--3 working days through 2nd Class post. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fully processed and shipped.
